Important Notice: Decommissioning of the CARICOM eAPIS Portal

Please be advised that the current CARICOM eAPIS Portal will be officially decommissioned on 30 September 2026. To ensure uninterrupted submission of required passenger and crew information, all carriers, agents, vessel owners and aircraft operators must migrate to the new CARICOM MDEX Portal prior to this date.

Welcome to the electronic CARICOM Advance Passenger Information System (eAPIS) Web Site.

 

The Caribbean Community wishes to remind all airlines that the CARICOM Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) came into effect from February 1, 2007 in respect of the 12 CARICOM Member States.  Regional and international aircraft and vessels are required to submit Advance Passenger Information prior to arrival in and upon departure from any of the 12 Member States forming the Single Domestic Space.
